Welcome to New Heights.

At New Heights, we believe you're never too late to  pursue a new future. We are a FREE public high school for people 18-50 in Fort Worth, Texas, open to all, regardless of educational background.

 

Designed especially for you, our program includes the opportunity to earn your high school diploma, train for job certifications, and access to college thanks to Tarrant County College dual credit enrollment.

We help you succeed.

We are here to help you be successful in the journey you choose with comprehensive support services, including childcare, transportation, career advising, coaching, and job placement. We are not like any other school you have experienced—we are committed to helping you reach new heights in your life.

Support Services

CHILDCARE

We partner with area partners to provide eligible students-parents with free or discounted childcare services.

TRANSPORTATION

We provide bus passes to help you get to and from school and work when you need it.

COACHING

Get one-on-one time to plan for and discuss your education and career goals, and connection to resources to help you overcome obstacles to success.

RESOURCES

We connect you with resources to help meet necessities like food/nutrition and living needs.

Our Difference

According to Georgetown University, people with a high school diploma will earn an average of $1600 more per month as compared to those with a GED. Earn a career credential or participate in college and you will earn MORE. Education and training will drive your financial stability and help your family in multiple ways. New Heights is a new opportunity just for you. 

Our Mission

The mission of New Heights is to rapidly increase opportunities for marginalized communities by connecting individuals with relevant and impactful high school education, career and technical training, and college pathways in an environment designed specifically to meet the responsibilities, challenges, and whole person needs of adult learners.
